Established in 1994, the Ottawa Chapter of Les Toques Blanches International (LTBO) is an association of Executive Chefs, Chef Instructors and others from some of the leading hotels, restaurants, culinary learning institutes, caterers, suppliers and other major businesses in the Ottawa/Gatineau region (in Quebec and Ontario, Canada). Among the activities of this chapter are participating in charity events and providing learning opportunities for local chefs-in-training.

Members are Executive Chefs, Executive Sous Chefs, Chef Instructors, Resident Chefs, and others from some of the leading hotels, restaurants, culinary learning institutes, caterers, suppliers and other organisations in the Ottawa/Gatineau region. Associate Members are representatives, companies, suppliers, sponsors and other individuals deemed appropriate by LTBO members.
