Les Toques Blanches International, Ottawa Chapter
Established in 1994, the Ottawa Chapter of Les Toques Blanches International is an association of Executive Chefs, Chef Instructors and others from some of the leading hotels, restaurants, culinary learning institutes, caterers, suppliers and other major businesses in the Ottawa - Gatineau region (in Quebec and Ontario, Canada). Among the activities of this chapter are charity fundraising and providing learning opportunities for local chefs-in-training.
What's New
Savour Ottawa
Several LTBO members are involved in Savour Ottawa, a joint initiative by the City of Ottawa, Ottawa Tourism, Ontario Tourism and a non-profit organization called Just Food, to promote local culinary products and experiences. Its goal is to get food producers, vendors, the restaurant industry and the tourism sector working together to develop and promote products, experiences, events and venues that will brand Ottawa and the surrounding rural region as a culinary tourism destination.

Les Toques Blanches International was established in Paris in 1975. Since then it has grown to be an association of more than 2500 members in chapters around the world.
