The Toques Blanches International, Chef’s of Ottawa/Gatineau and the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario joined forces once again in our 3rd annual Culinary Auction to raise money for the Children’s Miracle Network. This year, approximately $40,000 was raised through the sale of tickets and the live and silent auctions.
We held a gala reception featuring a live and silent auction on Wednesday, November 19th 2003 at 6:30p.m. in the Victoria Ballroom of the Ottawa Marriott Hotel.

Guests sampled numerous culinary creations prepared by famous local Chef’s. Complimentary wines and beer were donated by Inniskillin, Jackson Triggs Vineyards and Sleeman’s Brewery.

During the evening guests bid on the opportunity to win various dining packages such as gift certificates, hotel stays, picnics, private dinners, and catered meals by the chef of your choice in your own home just to name a few.
