Executive Chef, The Westin Ottawa
Born and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Kenton completed his apprenticeship in the heart of the Canadian Prairies. In 1992, he relocated to the Nation's Capital and after stints in a few fine byward market restaurants he landed as Sous chef at the historic Chateau Laurier. After four years at the Chateau he moved on to The Ottawa Marriott as Executive Sous Chef. Kenton currently leads the brigade as Executive Chef of the Delta Ottawa hotel. He is proud to be a Canadian born and trained chef and is a strong supporter of the Canadian culinary scene. Kenton has also competed both nationally and internationally winning numerous medal and awards.
